Proof
A storefront claiming to be trustworthy is worth nothing. What is worth something is a claim you can check against a source we do not control. This page lists those sources, and states plainly which parts of our operation are not yet evidenced at all.
1 — The company
| Registered legal name | Flowfinds Solutions Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (short form: Flowfinds Solutions Kft.) — a limited liability company registered in Hungary |
|---|---|
| Company registration no. | 13-09-242910 (formally Cg. 13-09-242910) |
| Registering court | Company Court of the Budapest Environs Regional Court (Budapest Környéki Törvényszék Cégbírósága) |
| EUID | HUOCCSZ.13-09-242910 |
| EU VAT number | HU32903081 — check it yourself in the European Commission's VIES VAT number validation service. A valid result returns our registered name and seat. |
| Hungarian tax number | 32903081-2-13 |
| Statistical (KSH) number | 32903081-6310-113-13 |
| Company register | The full stored extract is the Ministry of Justice register's own output, searchable by company number at e-cegjegyzek.hu |
| Incorporated | 2 October 2025 |
| Managing director | Dr. Vass Zoltán — sole managing director, signing independently |
| Share capital | HUF 3,000,000, fully subscribed |
| Registered seat and full details | Published on the imprint, and repeated in the footer of every page on this site |
| Payments | Card payments are processed by Teya, a licensed payment provider. Your card details are entered on Teya's hosted page and are never handled by this site. |
Every field above comes from the company register's own stored extract and, for the VAT number, from a live VIES query. We link the databases rather than a screenshot of them, because a screenshot proves nothing.
2 — Where the parts come from
Kits are bought from the factories that assemble the modules rather than through a distribution chain. That is also why our product pages can name the speed bin and the module configuration — and why they say plainly when a supplier does not publish a figure instead of printing one we cannot support.
Distribution margin, reseller margin, brand and sponsorship spend, and physical retail overhead. It does not remove quality control, testing, warranty or support — those are the parts we pay for.
We do not claim to manufacture anything, and we do not claim a branded module is a worse module. A Corsair or G.Skill kit is a good kit. It also carries costs that a direct-sourced kit does not.
Every specification printed on a product page is a figure the supplier confirmed for that exact kit. Where none exists we publish the JEDEC baseline or the range for the class and label it as such. Ask us and we read the SPD of the kit that would ship to you.
3 — The test certificate
Every kit goes through the four stages described on how we test before it may ship. Below is the record those stages produce — the fields it carries, shown as a blank form so you can see exactly what is and is not recorded. The values are filled in per kit; this is the template, not a certificate for any real order.
| Test record — fields | |
|---|---|
| Order reference | The FF-… reference of the order the kit was matched to |
| Product and SKU | The catalogue name and SKU, so the record cannot be attached to a different part |
| Module serial numbers | One per module. Kits are factory-matched and individually serialised, and warranty claims are handled against these numbers. |
| Stage 1 — inspection | Pass / fail: contact edge clean and unmarked, PCB straight, spreader seated, both modules of a pair from matching stock, part matches the order |
| Stage 2 — live bench boot | Pass / fail, plus the platform generation used, the capacity the system reported, and the speed it trained at |
| Stage 3 — memory test | Pass / fail across the full address space, the tool used, and the number of errors — where any error at all is a fail |
| Stage 4 — verdict | Pass, packed and matched to the order · or fail, quarantined and never returned to sellable stock |
| Date and operator | When the bench run happened and who signed it off |
What this record cannot do is promise your board, BIOS version and profile combination will behave — no bench process anywhere can reproduce every field configuration. That gap is what the compatibility checker and the guarantee below exist to close. The bench records that would let us guarantee a speed on your exact board are published in the validation matrix, which is empty until real testing fills it.
4 — After you buy
Two years on the standard range, and a limited lifetime warranty from the date of purchase on the DDR5 Pro high-capacity kits, with 30-day DOA advance replacement and supplier-paid replacement of validated defects dispatched within 2 business days of validation. Handled directly by Flowfinds. Statutory EU and UK consumer rights apply on top and are not limited by any of it. Full terms.
14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and UK, from the day the goods arrive. Contact us with the order reference first; we issue a return authorisation and the return address with it. Faulty goods: we cover the return shipping. Full terms.
If Flowfinds approves your submitted system and the RAM does not operate at the guaranteed configuration, Flowfinds pays the return cost and provides a replacement or refund. Where we have not validated a platform we say so rather than guessing. Submit your system.
From the contact page, with your FF-… order reference. Returns without an authorisation cannot be matched to an order reliably, which is why we ask first rather than publishing a drop address.
5 — How we are allowed to compare prices
Our headline says we are typically priced below comparable branded alternatives. That is a statement about how the catalogue is priced, not a number attached to any particular kit. A number would need evidence, so a number only appears where evidence exists. The rule the site enforces on itself:
As things stand today, no evidence-backed saving claim is published on any product on this site. The evidence file holds no qualifying record for the capacities we sell, so the automatic claim described above is empty everywhere and no "you save" line is generated.
There is one exception, and it is not a saving claim. The DDR5 Pro 96 GB (2×48 GB) page carries a price comparison against a single named listing: TeamGroup T-Create Expert 96 GB (2×48 GB) DDR5-6000 CL30 at €1,303.09. That figure is an observed listing price. It does not include the competitor's delivery cost, it was not confirmed as available to order, and it therefore fails the stored-record standard set out above — no URL, no in-stock confirmation, no check date. It is published as a stated comparison with its basis named on the badge, not as a verified saving, and the difference shown is against our delivered price. If the listing is re-checked properly it becomes a record in the evidence file and the automatic claim takes over; if it is not, the comparison should come down rather than stay up unsourced.

This is a commitment we are making, and the steps behind it are still being automated — section 6 below names which ones are live today and which are not, so you are not left to find out from a missing envelope. If a step above matters to your order, ask us and we will tell you exactly where it stands.
6 — What is not on this page
This is a young company. Several things a mature storefront would show here would have to be invented for us to show them, so they are absent on purpose:
If any of these decide your purchase, ask us before you pay rather than after. An honest gap answered directly is worth more than a number that was made up to fill it.
