Every kit is function-tested before dispatch, and orders are dispatched after payment is confirmed by the card processor. Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 working days of payment confirmation.

For UK deliveries, any applicable import formalities are handled as part of our fulfilment. If a carrier requests an unexpected payment from you before delivery, contact us before paying and include your order reference.
If a shipment arrives damaged, note the damage with the carrier where possible and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order reference (FF-…).
