Terms of sale

Seller

Goods on this site are sold by Flowfinds Solutions Ltd. ("Flowfinds", "we").

Insert company registration number, registered office and VAT status here. Legal pages may carry the registered office even though it is never shown elsewhere on the site — confirm before publishing it.

Ordering and contract

• Prices are shown in euros (EUR). The price on the product page at the time of ordering is the price charged; standard EU/UK shipping is included.
• Payment is taken by card at checkout. Card payments are processed by Teya on Teya's hosted payment page; we never receive or store your card number or security code.
• A contract is formed when your payment is confirmed by the processor. Each order receives a reference in the form FF-…, shown on the confirmation page.
• If a product is unavailable after you order, we will tell you promptly and refund in full.
• Obvious pricing errors can be cancelled and refunded before dispatch.

Cancellation, returns and warranty

Consumer withdrawal rights, our returns process and the two-year warranty are set out in Returns & warranty. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

Product information

Specifications describe the goods supplied. Memory performance depends on the host platform; rated speeds require a platform supporting them. Product photographs show the supplied product type; RGB lighting appearance varies with software control.

Liability

We are liable as required by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence and for defective goods under consumer protection law. Beyond what the law requires, our liability for business (non-consumer) purchases is limited to the price paid for the goods.

Governing law

Confirm governing law and jurisdiction (expected: the seller's country of registration; consumers keep the protections of their own country of residence).
