Privacy notice
Controller: Flowfinds Solutions Ltd. This notice covers this website and orders placed on it, under the GDPR and UK GDPR.
What we collect
- Order data. When you pay, the card processor collects the details needed to take payment and arrange delivery (name, email, delivery address, payment outcome). We receive the order reference, amount and payment status — never your card number or security code.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, request, time) for security and operations.
- No tracking. This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Browser storage is used only to hand your order reference to the confirmation page.
Why we process it
- Performing the sales contract: taking payment, delivering goods, handling returns and warranty (legal basis: contract).
- Bookkeeping and tax records (legal basis: legal obligation).
- Site security and abuse prevention (legal basis: legitimate interest).
Who processes it for us
- Teya — card payment processing (acts as its own controller for the payment itself).
- Vercel — website hosting and serverless infrastructure.
- Carriers — delivery of your order.
Retention
Order records are kept as long as tax and warranty obligations require, then deleted. Server logs are retained briefly by the hosting provider per its standard schedule.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to legitimate-interest processing. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
