Every fact on this page is taken from the Hungarian company register (Tárolt cégkivonat, Cg. 13-09-242910) and from the EU VIES VAT register. Nothing here is a marketing claim; all of it is checkable against those registers.
E-mail: kft@flowfinds.ai — the address recorded in the company register as the company’s e-mail and delivery address. Written enquiries about orders, returns and warranty reach us here.
Returns are handled by return authorisation: contact us first and we issue the return address and reference for your specific order. See Returns & warranty.
Card payments on this site are processed by Teya on Teya’s hosted payment page. Flowfinds never receives or stores your card number or security code.
The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform closed permanently on 20 July 2025, and the regulation that created it (Regulation (EU) No 524/2013) was repealed by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228. There is therefore no EU-wide online dispute portal to link to, and traders were required to remove the old link — so we have. We are not obliged to, and do not, participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
If something goes wrong, contact us first with your order reference (FF-…) — nearly everything is settled faster directly. Consumers in the EU can also contact their national European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net) for free advice on a cross-border purchase. UK consumers keep their statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. None of this limits your statutory rights.
