Refund Policy
At FlowFinds, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is warranted. This policy outlines our refund terms, eligibility criteria, and the process for requesting a refund.
Please note that the trial fee is non-refundable.
Eligibility Criteria
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
- The service must not have been used extensively.
- Refunds are not available for partially used subscription periods.
- It is the customer's responsibility to cancel before the trial ends. Failure to do so, whether by forgetting, overlooking, or not noticing the trial period has ended, does not obligate us to issue a refund.
Store Setup / Management Fee
After the €1 trial purchase, a one-time store setup and management fee of €50 is charged to the same payment method approximately 30 minutes after purchase. This fee is disclosed at checkout. If the €50 charge is declined, a reduced fee of €25 and then €10 may be attempted.
Unlike the non-refundable €1 trial fee, the store setup / management fee is refundable on request. To request a refund of this fee, email support@flowfinds.ai with the subject line “Refund Request”. You may cancel your subscription anytime through Account Settings or the Stripe billing portal linked in our Subscription & Billing Policy.
Refund Process
- To request a refund, please email support@flowfinds.ai with the subject line “Refund Request”.
- Include your account email, reason for the refund request, and order number in your email.
- Our team will review your request within 3 business days.
- If approved, we will process the refund and notify you via email.
- Once we have confirmed the refund has been processed, it will begin arriving at your bank.
Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution, typically 5–10 business days.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our eligibility criteria or are deemed to be in violation of our Terms of Service.
